Loves Fire
Labels: poetry
Life takes us many places. It's a box of chocolates and a Hansel and Gretal trail of candy wrappers. I have filmed as an actor in The Happening, Invincible, The Lovely Bones, The Bounty Hunter, The Greek American, Bazookas, Limitless, TV's Its Always Sunny in Philly, Outlaw, New York, The Warrior, The Nail, Game Change, Cold Case, & commercial work includes The Philadelphia Eagles, Septa, Coors, Turbo Tax & Carnival Cruises. Freudian Slips spotlights irony in short story format.

This is so true, very nice Joe. I have always been intriqued by the heart, a muscle that has soo many jobs but yet it is still just another muscle.
honk,
it is to marvel.
The flame of love that tries to ignite an unseasoned heart will find that the glow of ember is ever elusive. It will feel warm and good, but only for a moment! It will flicker and smoke like unseasoned wood, but nothing you do will keep the flame alive. True love doesn’t hurt, isn’t spiteful, nor does it seek comfort; it just is!
et,
sometimes I feel like I am the third best writer in my family.
